It´s not about forcing yourself into positive thinking or constantly reminding you to stay positive when you absolutely NOT feeling it. Pressure will just build counter-pressure which again will lead to disappointment in your self and maybe even anger because you can´t stay positive 24/7

Body language is a fantastic example of how a person interacts with another not being aware of what signals it sends out. Positive energy is not something we lose and it can never be found again. There is always something left and that is often the little spark that ignites a mighty bushfire. However, we need to find the match or the lighter in our life that can set our souls on fire.
What you need is change (again)! You need to turn off the lazy mode and turn on the sporty mode to get rid of feelings of sluggishness. If you aren´t the sporty person, a daily walk for 30 minutes could be a magnificent start. Don´t stress youself, it never should feel like a chore. If you are walk unwllingly at the start, that´s ok. Change needs time. As a fact, at the start any type of movement will help.
You shoujd get some fresh air and since exercising increases the oxygen level in your blood, you´ll revived within minutes. A next step could be serious cardiovascular exercises like running, cycling, or any other kind of physically exhausting manner. It will make your endorphins rise to new levels, again suporting you in feeling great.
Another benefit while you are at it, making your body move releases negative energy stored in your body, all the dirt in your pores gets sweated out and the higher oxygen level makes it easier to breath and you have more energy.
Add a change in your nutrition and you´ll see effects even faster. Make it a necessity to eat healthy at least 4 days a week and reduce Pizza and Burgers to once a week. E. g. .A diet of unprocessed food, organic veggies and fruits as well as nuts, honey and clear pure water while avoiding too much sugar, red meat or deep fried foods should be a good start.

So you finally made it happen and made the full conscious decision for change. That doesn´t necessarily has to end up with your mindset an your body or your behaviour towards your boss or co-workers/class mates.
Try to redecorate your home. Sometimes it just needs a few minor alterations to give a room a different feeling. Get some Plants! They are a tremendous source of positive energy. Get yourself an aquarium, it´s said that its auspicious since it contains water which is always been favorable. Get rid of things you don´t use anymore but you were to lazy to throw away.
